Our aim is to help licensed businesses in Wales and South West England to cope with all of the demands placed upon them by the customer, the government and the tax man, whilst satisfying their own personal goals and dreams. Customers include Public houses,Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts, Shops and Delicatessens. We start by meeting you for an initial discussion about your own targets and finances and your expectations of your new business.

We will draw up a forecast of profit (or loss) and a cash flow forecast, to check that you have the funds to achieve your objectives. We will then help you to obtain loans, if necessary, and assist with the planning of your new business.

We will help control costs, whilst encouraging sales growth, through coaching and training as well as through a monthly action plan.
