Rebecca Cohen
“The Inntobookwork" team includes Rebecca Cohen FBII ,the founder of Inntobookwork, previously Dorset Businesswoman of the year and has 35 years experience of the hospitality trade. Rebecca’s experience covers over 600 pubs, restaurants ,hotels ,nightclubs and other hospitality venues both as a day to day manager and as an area manager with Whitbread PLC and Forte.
Rebecca has been self employed during her career as a successful businesswoman running three separate businesses. Rebecca has also been a catering advisor with Eldridge Pope and currently runs management training courses at Coleg Ceredigion as well as running the consultancy side of the business. |

Simon Mace
Simon Mace was recruited to join the team in 2004 .
Simon is a successful BII trainer and a previous business consultant, office manager and I.T. expert. Simon currently owns two businesses including a property development company.
Simon also teaches BII courses at Coleg Ceredigion as well as helping with consultancy work and assistance at several accounts. |

Eileen Phillips
Eileen Phillips has over 28 years experience in the hospitality trade.
As well as adding valuable input into discussions on consultancy accounts, Eileen used to manage the payroll division of Inntobookwork, ensuring that all clients receive payslips for their teams weekly. PAYE is paid online. Eileen also ensured that Rebecca and Simon received analysis information to use to guide clients with wages cost reductions.
Eileen joined our team in 2002 and semi retired in 2009. |

Heather Jordan
Heather has an AAT qualification and has worked in the Post Office and in general administration posts for many years.
Heather has a lot of valuable experience in running her own business ,a local post office and stores, as well as being a competent bookkeeper.
Heather joined our team in 2007. In 2009 Heather was promoted to head of our payroll division.
Heather manages the payroll division of Inntobookwork, ensuring that all clients receive payslips for their teams weekly. PAYE is paid online. She also ensures that Rebecca and Simon receive analysis information to use to guide clients with regard to wages cost reductions.

Aled Williams
Aled joined our team as a stock taker in January 2008.He is welsh speaking. He is hard working and a valued member of our team. He qualified as a book keeper in 2010 .
Aled is now our head stock taker and also does bookwork for our clients. |

Huw Evans
Huw joined our team in August 2010 as trainee stocktaker and bookkeeper.Mae Huw yn ddwyieithog .
