Our aim is to help small hospitality businesses to cope with all the demands placed on them by the customer, the government, and the tax man, while satisfying their own personal goals and dreams. We start by meeting you for an initial discussion about your own targets and finances and your expectation of your new business.

We will draw up a forecast of profit (or loss) and a cash flow forecast, to check that you have the funds to achieve what you want to do. We will then help you obtain loans if necessary and help with planning your new business.

We will help control costs while encouraging sales growth through coaching and training as well as a monthly action plan.
