An intensive 5 day course as shown in any parts A, B and C.This package can be used to achieve the BII Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality Level 3 and the BII Advanced Diploma in Licensed Retailing level 3. Weeks A + B would have to be taken, excluding cellar training,Personal Licence Holder and food hygiene days if appropriate.
Experienced managers might also find any of these 5 day packages useful to refresh existing skills and encourage new ideas for their business development. These 5 day packages can be booked as residential or non residential courses.Single course days can be attended as non residential courses. |

| All the BIIAB courses listed above are offered as single day courses. These courses can be run at Inntobookwork’s own training centre, or in Coleg Ceredigion in Aberystwyth or Cardigan , or at a venue of your choice. (If BIIAB courses are required then they can only be run at a BIIAB approved centre). Other one day courses are offered , some of which are certificated .Non Certificated courses can be run at your choice of venue .We can also design bespoke courses for your company.
